Cutemol® Emollient Cream – 8 oz Jar

Ever since the pandemic started, my hands have been dry to the point of cracking and bleeding. It's off and on. But being a stay-at-home mom w/ two toddlers and two dogs, I wash my hands A LOT. I was coating my hands in aquaphor and putting nitrile gloves over them every night. It was hard to find an alternative that didn't irritate all my little fissures of bloody cracks. I decided to take a chance on this. Starting with the small bottle. It only a few days, it has helped tremendously!! My hands were dry, just about to crack, and now they are just fine! I really can't believe it. Usually once they're that kind of dry, it becomes tough to recover with the cycle of constant hand washing. This stuff is great!HOWEVER, I will say, it smells like the slide grease I use on my trumpet. It's not off-putting to me, but may be to some. I'm alright smelling like I'm in the band room all day. Also, you definitely have to use it with damp, not wet and definitely not dry, hands. I learned this the hard way.

I have severely dry skin on my feet, so this product is really great. It's probably the thickest lotion I've ever put on my skin and it works great. I put on my skin then put socks over it so that the lotion can really soak in. Really great stuff.Update: After using this lotion daily for a couple months, I had to come back and update this review. This lotion is fantastic. I've suffered from areas of eczema and psoriasis for years that are very stubborn and hard to treat. This lotion works wonders. Especially on my nails. I'm actually pretty thrilled with this product. It's also great how much product you get in the plastic jar. Because it's so thick, it lasts a long time. Love it.

I have VERY dry, sensitive fussy skin - especially my hands. Most lotions and creams make my hands itch, turn bright red and dry my already parched skin out even worse.The best thing in recent years I could find was the Euercrin ointment - the thick, gooey stuff that never really absorbs well even with MY skin! At least it didn't burn.I've been on a quest trying to find products that work for my funky skin and came across this one on AMAZON, ready the reviews and tried it not really expecting anything great.Boy, was I wrong! From the first use, this cream instantly soothes irritated skin, absorbs but stays with you. I use it 2-6 times a day and my red, rashy hands look almost normal now! My skin has been so bad over the years, especially my hands, that's it makes me really self conscience when people stare at my hands and ask if I have poison oak!The is the BEST product hands down (LOL) I have found and have already ordered the larger size and another small tube.

I thought this product to be excellent. I didn't finish using it because I wanted it to last a long time. My skin loves it also.

I have used cutemol for many years for an ongoing skin condition. It is by far the best product I have found and used.

My dermatologist recommended Cutemol for cracked and very dry skin. This is a great moisturizing cream! I am allergic to several commonly used ingredients in lotions, but Cutemol does not use them. I apply to my feet at bedtime. It only takes a few applications to eliminate dryness and cracking. I live in a dry desert climate and now use this cream weekly to prevent cracking and dry skin on my hands and feet.

I use. cutemol daily for dry skin and it’s the only lotion that works for me. Great stuff.

Cutemol helps me through the winter months when my hands become dry and crack around the nails. Those cracks are very painful but a rigorous routine of applying the cream on a daily basis keeps that situation under control.

I like it. I've used it for many years with no complaints. The only problem I had was that when I bought from summerslab I had to buy a larger quantity to avoid shipping charges and I can buy one jar at a time on Amazon with no shipping charges because I have Prime.

Love this product. I have been using it in my very dry lips. It’s better than any other product that I have used.

Great for dry winter skin. Doesn’t “wash off” easily, which is what I need when weather is like this. The smell is slightly Vaseline-like, but it works in terms of keeping my cuticles from getting ragged and bloody during this cold weather!

Wonderful made my skin feel and look better.

This is a thick and truly great moisturizer. I am specifically using it to add quality moisturizing qualities to my finger nails and cuticles. It works best of anything else I've used and makes a difference in the health of my nails and cuticles.

This product was the only thing that helped and restored my hope that my damaged nail will be able to heal and grow back. I had a severe adverse/allergic reaction to the chemicals used in acrylic nails over 1.5 years ago. Was told by my doctor there’s about a 20% chance of ever getting a thumbnail back. She recommended daily use of this and it has helped significantly. I could see noticeable improvement within a short period of time. It also is sensitive skin friendly. Product is extremely thick and kind of greasy so i recommend applying at bed time.

So, been dealing with hand eczema for about two years. It started from using a commercial antibacterial soap I got from a warehouse club. The soap had an ingredient (can't remember the ingredient name) that apparently my skin did not like! Anyhow tired every lotion and cream I could find. I even got a prescription for a steroid ointment I had used in the past. Stopped using the soap after I figured it out and my hands got better, but still not well. Went to using Cetaphil gentle cleansing soap and it helps but still not well until I found this. Been using it less than a month with the Cetaphil soap and I would say I am 95% well. There is still some deep tissue scarring but I think that will heal over time. Doesn't take much to seal the skin and just keep it on whenever to can and after washing your hands.

A VERY RICH AND CLASSY MOISTURIZER. IT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM YOUR EVERYDAY CREAM.THE PRICE IS REASONABLE WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER CREAMS IN THE MARKET.ABOVE ALL, WE DO LOVE IT.

Very rich and deeply emollient — ideal for extremely dry or cracked skin. Applies thickly and takes a bit to absorb, but it noticeably softens hands, feet, and cuticles after consistent use. If you’re dealing with rough, damaged skin, this cream delivers — just be prepared for the texture and maybe reserve it for night time or targeted use.
