If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at any time, simply return the unused portion of the product along with proof of purchase, and we will refund the purchase price of the product.

Refund Eligibility

To receive a refund, please include:

• The unused portion of the product.

• A copy of your receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase.

Refund Limitations

To ensure our Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee remains fair for all customers, the following conditions apply:

• Limit one refund per product, per person, household, or mailing address.

• Refunds apply only to products purchased through authorized retailers or directly from Summers Laboratories.

• Summers Laboratories reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized resale.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, taxes, and other non-product charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
