Good quality as described

Great for the type of psoriasis-like rashes that occur in body folds like under the breasts or belly when my bra irritates the skin underneath the breasts or my old c-section scar sometimes turns red and inflamed. Also good for a spot in the back of my neck at the hairline where I get little psoriasis-like scaly red patches. This along with salicylic acid shampoo and body wash works well for these types of rashes in my case. Good to ask your doctor if this is an appropriate treatment for you though. I am sharing my own experience and not giving medical advice for others here. This is a pretty strong (5% vs 2-3% in some other salicylic acid products, so I use it only in small problem areas when the rashes are active.

Where do I begin?? I just wish I knew about this a long time ago!! I used to frequently get Staphylococcus aureus between my thighs not anymore since using this lotion. 🧴 I walk a lot so my thighs rub & this product has not only stopped the inflammation but it’ cleared up the ole blemishes.

This product was recommended by my dermatologist for my many skin issues. It is very moisturizing. In fact I keep it in my living room right next to me so I can use it while I’m watching TV and if you have a lot of flakiness, you can even use this as an exfoliater. Somehow, I managed to buy two jars of it so I’m covered for quite a while.

Keralyte is worth trying

Vrey effective for skin in dry enviornments. Helps with deeply dry issues. Doesn't leave residue, which is a plus for a hydrating, penetrating cream.

Have used this product for many years and it’s been the only one I found with the level of salicylic acid without a prescription. The price has been going up but then again what hasn’t.

It's a bit thick and no a very silky feeling, but it works great. Sometimes I put it on, let it absorb, and then go over it with a nicer feeling, silkier lotion. However, with consistent use, it absolutely improves skin smoothness, softness, and blemishes.

I noticed my skin being softer after just a couple uses, but don't think for a second that this is a replacement for good-ol fashioned exfoliation. I think of it more as a preventative treatment. I did find it more effective than traditional lotions and I plan to continue using it for my rough bumpy skin (Keratosis pilaris)

A little goes a long way. Almost odorless. Not harsh or drying at this level of strength. Makes a good medium for harsher creams when required.

The only cream I can find over 3%, this 5% is excellent stuff..

Works well

This product has 3% more Salicylic acid than the K-brand and soaks in better. I have seen improvement in moisture retention and the jar lasts a lot longer, plus is cheaper per ounce.

Arrived quickly and work well

Decent cream, certainly not on the top of my list previously used. Very absorbent though.

After two months of applying twice a day, letting dry for 10 minutes, and scrubbing with a firm brush in the shower, the very thick dry flakey skin on my legs went away, after trying many other remedies. Now working well on my arms. Very impressed. Leaves a mild waxy layer on the skin.

This cream is great! You only use a little, so it lasts a long time. My skin has improved so much. I can use it on my face and body, and don't need anything else.

The 5% salicylic acid formula has cleared my skin like nothing else I have tried. I highly recommend!

This cream really helped me with my head. For some reason I had dandruff and I just couldn't get my head to clean up. This stuff worked really good in between shampoos. It relieved the itch but it was really sticky and icky in my hair in between just don't apply too much when you put it in.
