Has been inconsistent in color and texture for sure. I’m 35 and have been using sebasorb since i was 14. It changes seems like every bottle and I wonder why.

I have been using this product for years and now my kids are trying it for their teenage oil Skin and works great!

I discovered this through a dermatologist years ago. The bottle is high priced, but effective. It needs to be manufactured in a tube. I always end up cutting the bottle open when it's almost gone and putting it in a mini container. If it gets too dry just add a little water to make it stretch.

My dermatologist recommended this for oily skin. I mix a small amount with moisturizer and spread evenly on my face. No oiliness or shininess all day. A little goes a long way.

Used to dry up my very oily face and neck. It's the best product I've found to get the job done.

It reliably eliminates the shine on my face, which is important when I need to look good. While watching the recent debates on television, I couldn't help thinking how they all had shiny, moist-looking faces. The bottle is tiny, and it doesn't last terribly long. The product itself seems to consist of solids suspended in a liquid. Sometimes the right amount of the solid-liquid mixture comes out of the bottle, and other times you get too much of a thin, clear liquid instead. In the latter case, I try to put the excess liquid back in the bottle through the small opening; however, it's sort of like putting toothpaste back in the tube.

I have oily skin and this product eliminates it. If you put too much on, you will look ashy. Everything in moderation.

Works well for oily skin. The brown color is weird. It almost has a faint color when it’s applied. So far my face doesn’t get oily as quickly when I use this product.

This is by far the absolute best mattiefier I have ever used! I have bought just about every high end and low end brands of mattiefier's and this one actually WORKS! I have very, very oily skin and Sebabsorb keeps my face fresh looking and oil free all day! Just give it a few minutes to set before applying your foundation and trust me, oil free all day!

The best product if you wear glasses. I apply it on te bridge of my nose and it relieves me from the constant pushing up as my glasses slide down.

Worked great on my oily skin (T zone area) to give a matte finish. Best product I have used to prevent excessive shine.

I've been using Sebasorb for years on my nose to absorb oil, and it works wonderfully. I wouldn't think of apply makeup without it.

I have super oily skin this works but only works for a few hours. If applied to heavy it turns white

I'm over 40 (near 50!) with incredibly oily skin. Until I used this product, I have never truly found anything claiming to be oil-control to really do anything, especially for any long amount of time. Summers Labs makes a tinted sulfur skin treatment I used to use when I was a teenager in the 70s (great product too). I saw this on the website last year and decided to try it. I was so pleased, I bought 3 bottles, and have not missed a single day of using it. LOVE this product. Use it exactly as directed (lightly - more product does nothing but leave white streaks on your face), and it will definitely hold up to its claim. I am not a paid reviewer - this is just how much I truly love this product. Ordering more today:)

This product is GREAT for helping to prevent eye makeup from running or smudging. Just rub a small amount onto eyelids, let dry completely, and take your finger and gently rub off any flakes. Then put eyeshadow and eyeliner on. Your eye makeup is guaranteed to stay put most of the day. It prevents oil from accumulating on lids and making eyeshadow crease on lids, and eyeliner run. It particularly works well if you use liquid eyeliner.

I was already familiar with this product since my doctor had recommended it to me. This product works longer than any other that I have tried.

I have off the charts oily skin. It seems that my quest in life is to find something to control oil. One would think that in my 40s this would not be a problem but alas, I still spend a fortune trying to combat the oilies. Yeah, I know, oily skin is better because you age better. Blah, blah, blah. My family is blessed with aging gracefully anyway. My dad just turned 70 and I promise you he doesn't look a day over 50 yet he doesn't deal with this shiny nose all day. Now, that said, there have been some MAJOR advancements made with regards to oily skin. There was a time where my face was so greasy that if I ever wanted to go somewhere after work, I'd have to go home and completely re-wash my face. Now, I have to blot throughout the day but it's better than its ever been. But since my goal is to not blot AT ALL, ever so often I go to my old friend Google looking for the latest and greatest in oil control. Enter Sebasorb. It's good stuff. You can feel it sopping up the oil when you put it on. It leaves a nice smooth canvas with which to apply my primer and makeup (both oil free of course). The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that I still have to blot throughout the day. So the search continues...

I have extremely oily skin and this product does what it says it will. I can go quite a few hours now without the nagging "shine". I am happy with this product and will purchase more in the future.

I too was skeptical of this products oil absorbing properties. I am 47 years old with skin like a 13 year old. I don't even think my skin was this oily during my teen years but hey I guess being peri-menopausal. Anyway, although it doesn't absorb for 12 hours like I would like (I'm still looking) it does a pretty good job for I would say about 8 hours. So far the best product I have found.

I didn't have high expectations because most other products don't work but Sebasorb does a great job at absorbing oil and eliminating shine. Just need to dab it on a little though or it will leave a whitish residue if put on too thick.
